This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website www.demandengine.com and DemandMarketer, our cross-channel marketing application. The use of information collected through DemandMarketer shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged DemandEngine.

Personal Information Collection and Use
We collect personal information at our website such as first name, last name, job title, company industry, company name, web site, phone number, email address and state. We receive information that you provide to us in a number of ways, such as if you register for a webinar or research report, sign up to receive our newsletter, send us an email, or complete an online survey. We collect information in order to provide you with the information, products and services you requested. We may send you information about additional services that we offer, but we will not rent or sell your contact information to any third parties without your permission.
We also use the information we collect to notify individuals about updates to our Web site and services, service disruptions, and for other informational purposes. Web Site Information Collection and Use For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the individual's domain name or IP address. We collect the domain name or IP address of visitors to our Web page as well as aggregate information on what pages individuals access or visit, user-specific information on what pages individuals’ access or visit. End Users
DemandEngine provides a wide variety of services and solutions to its business clients (each, a "Client") that facilitate services for their employees ("End Users"). DemandEngine will obtain access to personal information about End Users in the course of operating Web sites, providing contractually obligated services, and providing customer care and other related services. Such information may include but is not limited to, name, billing address, business address, email address, telephone number, social networking id, Web site or other application or service at issue. In all instances, DemandEngine will not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with third parties for promotional purposes.
DemandEngine Clients use the Service to host information (“Customer Information”). DemandEngine will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Information except as provided in the Agreements with our Customers or as may be required by law. These Agreements generally provide that individual records of Customer Information may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or to investigate suspected violation of the DemandEngine Agreement or legal requirements, or as may be otherwise required by law.
Use of Client Email List Information
DemandEngine is not an email list rental service and does not rent or sell any email addresses or other contact information that its clients provide or collect regarding their list members. At all times, clients retain ownership and control of their lists and list information.
General Disclosures
Your Choices
All of our direct response methods are opt-in communications, and you may opt out of them at any time. If you subscribed to our e-mail newsletter(s) but do not want to receive it in the future, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in the newsletter(s). We will respond to all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
You also may ask us to remove any information posted in our public forums, directory or testimonial areas of our site.
Data Retention
If you have an account with us, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We also will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect our rights.
